Terms & Conditions — Sand77 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sand77 ("Sand77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://sand77.casa ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Sand77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to hold a Sand77 account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory as defined in these Terms.
• You do not hold, and have not held, any other active Sand77 account. One account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is the strict policy.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close relative of any employee of Sand77 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

Sand77 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage, including at account opening, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to you at your registered residential address, dated within three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits or withdrawals.

Sand77 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Sand77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payments.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to availability. Sand77 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Sand77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where the transaction value is large or account activity is flagged for compliance review.

Sand77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by Sand77:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for Sand77 bonuses is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the specified validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonus balances will be forfeited without notice.
• Sand77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• Sand77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or multi-accounting is detected.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately. Sand77 reserves the right to reclaim any incorrectly credited bonus.

All bets and wagers placed on the Sand77 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market category. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sand77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a game or market is voided due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, Sand77 will attempt to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, any wager involved in an interrupted session may be voided and the stake returned.
• Sand77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether due to a human error, data feed error, or software fault.
• Live sports betting markets are subject to real-time updates. Once an in-play bet is accepted by the system, it stands regardless of subsequent match events unless the relevant market is declared void.
• Winnings from any game on Sand77 are subject to the RTP (Return to Player) and house edge applicable to that specific game variant, as published within the game's information panel.

Sports betting markets covered by Sand77 include but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, NBA, and various international cricket and tennis events. Market availability is subject to change at Sand77's discretion.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Sand77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or funding more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any software bug, error, or miscalculation in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any form of coordinated play with other users for the purpose of defrauding Sand77 or other players.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing any deposit transaction after funds have been used to place wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sand77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the Sand77 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of Sand77 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Sand77 content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, frame, or embed any part of the Platform into a third-party website or application.
• Use the Sand77 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sand77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the availability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Sand77's reasonable control.
• Any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions you make in connection with your gambling activity or any financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain categories of damages are not permitted, Sand77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In all cases, Sand77's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Sand77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Account registration from or use in a Prohibited Territory.
• At the Player's own written request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement.

Upon account closure, verified real money balances (excluding any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to Sand77 via email. Sand77 will respond in writing within 30 days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body in the jurisdiction of Sand77's licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Sand77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Sand77 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the Platform, by email, or by conspicuous notice on the website homepage.

Your continued use of the Sand77 Platform following publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the updated terms take effect.
